While we have no information to indicate that our office has had any exposure of any kind to COVID-19 , due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in our county, we have decided to be conservative and guard against the possibility of any exposure by continuing all further scheduled sessions beginning April 1, 2020, either through video conference sessions or sessions via telephone. We apologize for whatever inconvenience this may cause you because as you know by now, we value the person-to-person contact in the process of our services.  However, we want to make sure that our office does not play any role in your potentially being exposed to the virus. We will review the health status and policies of our area each week and will discuss with you the timing of when we can return to in-office sessions.  We do not anticipate that this period will last too long.

To begin your session via a video conference, go to the Home page on this site and look for the button at the bottom that says, Video Conference with Your Therapist”.

After selecting the name of your therapist on a button on the next page you will be taken to a page where you will see some instructions and a button "Join Session Now". When you click on “Join Session Now” you will be taken to a website where you will have your video session.  Once you enter your name and “enter the waiting room”, your therapist will see that you are ready and will connect with you. After entering the waiting room is important to take the time to do a “Pre-call Test” by selecting that button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. This action will coordinate your computer’s audio and camera functioning with that of the video call.

If you have any questions about this process, contact your therapist.

If you choose not to have your session this way, let your therapist know and you can have your session over the telephone.
